Eggstravaganza 2018!
Mark your calendars for the Annual Easter Egg hunt in Downtown Boone!
**UPDATE** We will hold the Scavenger Hunt portion of Eggstravaganza again on Saturday, March 31st.
Here are the changes to last Saturday’s hunt:
-you will now pick up your clue cards at the Jones House Cultural and Community Center instead of the Watauga County Public Library (they will be closed for the Easter holidays)
-the merchants will host the hunt from 11 am until 3 pm instead of 10 amto 2 pm.
-parking will be in downtown like last weekend, and you can also park at the Library, behind Town Hall, and in the Post Office parking lot for free, as well as the Peacock parking lot on ASU’s campus.
-you will still turn your completed card in using the mail slot on the side of Town Hall
-we will still draw a few grand prize winners from the completed cards
*there may be one or two stores that won’t open until noon on Saturday; if you find one of those, check back with them before you leave for the day!
*the scavenger hunt was organized with kids between 8 and 12 in mind, but if younger kids want to give it a try, you’re welcome to! Just don’t forget that adult supervision is required for all ages.
See you all in Downtown this weekend!
