Last week’s snowy, cold weather slowed progress on Howard Street. Stormwater work moved forward, but conditions limited how much the crew could accomplish.
This Week (Weather Permitting):
Crews will remain in the area around the Estes House as they continue installing stormwater infrastructure in the alley, then work in the direction of Depot Street.
Crews are also hoping to clean up the Appalachian Street intersection and place a base layer of asphalt. Please note: asphalt work is the most weather-sensitive portion of the project and will move forward as conditions allow.
