11.17.25 Howard Street Construction Update

Last Week
Crews installed new water lines within the intersection of Appalachian Street and Howard Street and completed additional stormwater improvements, including the installation of a trench drain.

This Week
Work will continue within the intersection as crews focus on preparing the area for reopening. While that prep work is underway, there is still some remaining duct bank work to complete in the intersection. Crews will also begin installing new water lines; however, no water outages are expected at this time.
