Crews will continue working on duct bank installation, remaining primarily in the area around Appalachian Street as they continue pushing toward wrapping up this phase of the project in the coming weeks.
Last Week
Last week’s work focused heavily on duct bank installation and included the installation of a massive underground communications vault measuring roughly 8 feet wide, 13 feet long, and 9 feet deep. It is, quite literally, a giant underground box and another reminder of just how much infrastructure is being installed beneath Howard Street as part of this project.
