Crews will resume work near Pads for Grads and continue moving toward Appalachian Street. This section, particularly near the intersection, will include installation of a large underground utility vault. Those traveling through the area may want to avoid the immediate work zone when possible.
Last Week Crews continue making steady progress on duct bank installation along Howard Street. This work has been ongoing over the past several weeks and remains a key component of the overall project.
Project Update: Transition to Next Phase
As duct bank installation moves closer to completion in the coming weeks, the project is beginning to transition into its next phase. Overhead utility providers are starting to mobilize and complete preparatory work in areas where underground infrastructure is already in place.
With multiple utility partners involved, timelines for this next stage are still taking shape. As a result, you may begin to notice additional crews on site and some changes in work patterns and communication.
